Either inbound or outbound, our agents are highly educated and specifically trained to handle all aspect of telemarketing (direct sales, market research, collections, credit card validation, order processing etc.). Each campaign is assigned a specific project manager and Team leader, which monitors the agents at regular intervals. (Supervisor Vs Agents Ratio 7:1)
Lead generation - Call2Connect Solutions can drive corporate sales, while achieving significant improvements in cost and quality. (Mortgage - appointments scheduling)
Order Processing - telephone based or Internet on-line services, our agents can meet our clients fulfillment needs such as catalog sales, direct response television and home shopping.

Help Desk

Call2Connect Solutions Combines voice and data communication to provide a single point of contact for catering to all IT related troubleshooting needs and maintenance.
Call2Connect Solutions provides the ability to solve customer problems accurately and professionally in all aspects of business from technical support to accounting back office support.
The Help desk will be available 24 hours, seven days a week, to monitors the status of calls from receipt to closure. The calls received at the helpdesk typically would be related to:
  • Desktops – Settings, Shrink wrapped applications
  • E-mail – access, mailbox size etc.
  • Virus Applications - work related applications installed on the desktop
  • The Network  - the LAN, the WAN
  • Installations – simple installations like WinZip, acrobat reader
